Fl homes remain in the news as prices in many areas reach equivalent levels to those back in 1998, with median home prices in many sought after locations sinking below $100,000.
We have read about the Fl housing market bubble bursting, listened to the accusations regarding foreclosures and tried to decipher where exactly is the "Bottom" when will it arrive and when it does will we recognise it as the bottom

- Prices in several areas have stabilised and have even begun to increase again
- Single family homes will be the first to increase in value, as they are the primary home type for families and the preference of vacation home buyers in most regions of Florida. - Building a new single family home is no longer as cost effective as it once was and buying a resale can now make far more economic sense.
- Foreclosures are hitting the headlines on a daily basis but there is very little mentioned about the buyers of these short sales, bank owned and foreclosure homes who are making some fantastic purchases.
- Inventory levels of decent properties are no longer increasing which means that in the very near future only poorly constructed homes, damaged/incomplete houses and older properties will be left on the market.
