Fl homes remain in the news as prices in many areas reach equivalent levels to those back in 1998, with median home prices in many sought after locations sinking below $100,000.

Prices in several areas have stabilised and have even begun to increase again.
Single family homes will be the first to increase in value, as they are the primary home type for families and the preference of vacation home buyers in most regions of Florida. Many of families that couldn't get on the Fl property ladder in recent years can now step on confidently at bargain prices.
Inventory levels of decent properties are no longer increasing which means that in the near future only poorly constructed homes, damaged/incomplete homes and older properties will be left on the market.
